History

Curbanoglu Homes is a family-run company established in 1980 specialising in property construction, sales and consultancy in Turkey with a personal touch. With a staff of  50, we have hundreds of building plots and thousands of acres of land on Turkey's beautiful Aegean coast. 

 

Our latest project Akkaya Valley offers the opportunity of owning your own custom-made property in Turkey in a beautiful natural setting in Dalaman just 15 minutes from the airport with facilities that include a lake for fishing and canoeing, an organic farm, horse-riding and much more. 

 

We pride ourselves in our reputation for high-quality construction above and beyond normal standards and our more than 45 years of experience, in particular with foreign homeowners; as well as offering a large land bank of building plots in outstanding locations and the fact that we are the company of choice for local and foreign property agents, investment companies and International investors alike.
